Revamp App Dashboard

Orchestrated to monitor the IT's application revamp progress, this dashboard tracks status, consolidations, and new developments, providing clear visibility into project progress.

Dataset

The Application List data used in this project includes all applications created by the IT department to date, as well as those planned for upgrade and integration into a new application.
These data were stored in a SharePoint Excel cloud and extracted using an ODP connection from Power BI to SharePoint.

This tab contains filterable visualizations that help users analyze and monitor ongoing applications as well as future revamp projects. Users can track ongoing applications based on their status (Existing, Freezed, Decommission, New) and identify those with outdated technology that need revamping.

Additionally, there are lists of applications categorized by their division and business process owner (BPO), as well as lists of non-revamp applications, revamp applications, and upcoming new applications.
