Employee Experience Survey Dashboard

Formulated to visualize annual employee survey results and calculate NPS scores, this dashboard tracks satisfaction rates based on various demographic traits and divisions.

Dataset

The dataset includes an annual employee experience survey, featuring demographic information and satisfaction scores for each question and category.
These data were stored in a SharePoint Excel cloud and extracted using an ODP connection from Power BI to SharePoint.

It includes metrics such as the total number of respondents, the percentage achieved, and demographic traits like generation, tenure, and more. The objective is to assist the HR division in better analyzing the survey, particularly for these general insights.
