providing real-time insights into workload distribution and

project status updates.

Dataset

The dataset features a list of projects from the IT development division. It includes data such as the requestor division, developers involved in the projects, the timeline, the mandays/days required to complete the project, and the stage of the project (e.g., New, Analysis, UAT).
The data was extracted from internal firm software (MySQL) and SharePoint Excel Cloud.
